Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged IronLume product, please contact us at support@ironlume.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order with IronLume, you acknowledge and accept the stated shipping timelines. While most orders are delivered within the advertised time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections or carrier delays.

If your order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery time by 10 business days, please contact us and we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact support@ironlume.com for instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

Lost or Stolen Packages

IronLume is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. In such cases, we can provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist you in contacting the shipping provider for further investigation.
