ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number is not working
Most orders include a tracking number. If your tracking number is unavailable or not yet active, please contact us at support@ironlume.com and we will assist you.
Tracking details are sent by email within a few days after ordering. Please ensure the tracking number is entered correctly.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and, when available, a tracking number.
Tracking shows delivered but I have not received my package
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered when they reach a local distribution center. Please allow a few additional days or contact your local post office for confirmation.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 6 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 8 to 20 business days.
My order did not arrive on time
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact support@ironlume.com.
How is my package delivered?
Delivery depends on your location and may be made to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held for pickup.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary by destination and order details and are calculated at checkout.
Where is my order shipped from?
Our fulfillment centers are located in China and the United States. Most orders ship from China.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty ironing machine?
If your IronLume ironing machine arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo or video evidence and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
AFTER PURCHASE
Can I change my shipping address or order details?
If you need to make changes, contact support@ironlume.com immediately. Changes are only possible before the order enters the shipping process. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
My package is stuck in customs
Customs processing is handled by local authorities. IronLume is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes may be possible within a short window after purchase. Please double check your information before placing an order, as IronLume cannot be responsible for undelivered parcels due to incorrect address details.
